World-renowned scholars will participate in the two-day International Conference on Educational Research and Practice. It is arranged by the Alma Iqbal Open University School of Education. This will be the fifth annual event of this kind to promote research and new learning practices in the field of higher education. This is in line with Dr.
Zia-Ul-Qayyum promotes a research culture related to the socio-economic needs of the country. The announcement released here on Friday stated that the theme of the conference, which will be held from February 18 to 19, was “ Relevance and Quality of Education ”, with special mention of SDG4.
International and national representatives will attend the meeting. Speakers of the conference include a well-known speaker: Professor Dai Anichi of Tokyo Medical University, who will give a keynote speech on Ms. “The Role of Community-based Learning.”
Punramol Sutthirit from the Thai Ministry of Education will serve as another keynote speaker, sharing her expertise and experience in literacy and non-formal education with participants. The conference will provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to share evidence-based findings and the results of various interventions.
This will help develop collaborative plans for planners, decision-makers, agency leaders, industry and local communities to maintain relevance and improve the quality of education. The main purpose of the conference is to convene well-known researchers and practitioners to share their work and to emphasize indicators of relevance and quality of education.
